It’s impossible to describe the mental battle of struggling with food.
That’s why group coaching is so powerful!
Connecting with others who are fighting the same battle offers so much validation and support. It also provides the chance to make lifelong friends who understand you on a deeper level.
I’m a Type-A, INFJ, empath who loves nothing more than deeply connecting with people. My coaching style is empathetic and encouraging. I’ve been in your shoes, which is why working with me offers a safe space of understanding.
If you can’t make the times of the group coaching offers — no worries! You can take the self-paced program so you don’t miss out!
What my clients are saying
Karen is highly empathetic and her positive energy is uplifting and inspiring.
I felt listened to, and more importantly I felt heard, as Karen always afforded me the space to think and process my thoughts. I remembered that I am strong and resilient and I can achieve anything one step at a time.
Karen was entirely professional in her approach and always non-judgemental. I worked with Karen on many topics; diet/exercise, career, and relationships and I have made solid progress to achieve my goals. I would highly recommend Karen as a coach.
- Sara S.
Karen is an absolutely fantastic coach with a wonderful personality. Her sessions are well planned and structured, which brings out the best in me. Karen’s questioning is very inquisitive and insightful. I feel she challenges me well, but I never feel judged in any way. This allows me to feel comfortable with her and truly open up and feel confident to actually push myself and my thoughts.
Karen, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and compassion, the expertise that you deliver every single session, the motivation and confidence that you have given me to believe in myself. You are an inspiration.

Karen helped me in more ways than I could have anticipated. I am immensely grateful we crossed paths, as her stellar listening and questioning skills helped me improve my mental health, build strong habits, strengthen my self-confidence, to name a few.
- Fettouma T.
Karen is an extremely great listener and her reiteration of my concerns and frustrations in a palatable way helped me to feel less overwhelmed during our sessions. I would highly recommend her as a coach.
